Are you a self motivated and confident adviser?

The ideal financial adviser candidate will be managing from day 1, £20 mil AUM, as well as working with 12 mortgage advisers, 3 local branches and an existing client bank of 5000 to deliver personalised investment solutions relating to Pensions, Investments and Protection and referring any mortgage business to the in-house Mortgage Advisers.

You will be expected to build good working relationships with colleagues and be able to encourage them to increase lead flow.

Dedicated administration support provided.

This Financial Adviser role is available on an employed (salary negotiable depending on experience) or self employed basis.

Between: £40,000.00-£120,000.00 per year

Normal office hours, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Appointments will mostly be held in branches, with a head office in Ferndown and additional offices in Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Salisbury, but you may also need to see clients at their homes as necessary. You will be able to move around the branches as you see fit, to ensure lead generation and client meetings are aligned.

Candidate Requirements

  • Level 4 / Diploma qualified
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Team player
