Salary: Up to £45,000 base salary, with OTE averaging £80,000

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser with a knack for providing tailored advice to individuals impacted by IR35 legislation changes? Our client, a leading Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), is seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join their team in Chorley, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial advice to contractors impacted by IR35 legislation changes.
• Handle a high volume of enquiries and appointments efficiently.
• Utilize warm leads provided by the company, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
• Conduct all client meetings remotely, offering flexibility and accessibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally with exposure to IR35-related matters.
• Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) essential.
