Job Title: Financial Administrator
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves working 1-on-1 with one of our advisors to provide comprehensive administrative support, handling tasks related to financial products, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong background in IFA administration and a passion for financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with providers and clients on a regular basis

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

• Ensuring efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders

• Supporting the financial advisor and paraplanners in processing new business and ensuring smooth operations

About you:

• 2 years’ experience working in wealth management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with an advisor

• A trustworthy and reliable individual who values integrity and confidentiality

• A people person with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Open to career development opportunities within the industry

• Knowledgeable about pensions, annuities, and a range of financial products
