Financial Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner Vacancy - London offices - £35k - £40k + bonus, Full study support - Chartered IFA firm

My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm in Haywards Heath who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW private clients who are retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Sussex/Kent and London. They have 500 clients in their current setup with on average £1m of assets to invest per client. The clients receive advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, protections (both personal and business). Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners of which I have placed 3 of them. They are pushing the business forward in a positive fashion with big expansion plans over the next 5 years.

The Managing Director is creating a brand new role for a Trainee Paraplanner to be supporting a Chartered Financial Adviser in a pod. You will be a graduate with 18 months of experience within an independent advice business and be working towards your level 4 diploma (2 RO completed as a minimum). This role will be suitable for a progressive candidate who is perhaps an Administrator and wants to take their next step up and learn to become a Paraplanner. Full training and study support packages towards your diploma and Chartered status will be provided. If you aspire to be an Adviser then full training will be provided and you could be an adviser in the much longer term as some Advisers are approaching retirement and will need replacements.

• Salary - £30k - £45k + bonuses (5% discretionary)
