Financial Administrator - (part-time or full-time) - Wealth Management Firm - Liverpool - Basic salary £30k - £35k - Full study support

My client is an independent financial advice business who have have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across the Northwest. The business has 3 Advisers and overall 10 staff who work with c.200 retirees, City professionals, families and professional sportsmen and women with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow organically so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking business then this will be the right career move for you. They have no aspirations to be acquired by a national consolidator and PE firm. The business is very profitable and so now they are are able to select what type of clients they wish to work with, they now work with those with a minimum of £500k to invest.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for an experienced Financial Administrator (a career administrator preferably). They are open to recruiting a candidate on a full-time or part-time basis but this will suit an experienced individual who is well versed on end to end admin in a wealth planning firm. The role will be based in the office 3 days per week outside of Liverpool and support the 3 highly established Advisers who have been in the industry for many years. You will ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office and preferably a number of platforms such as Aviva, Royal London, Prudential etc. If you have used FE Analytics or Cashcal this would be very advantageous, but full training will be provided.

My client are very open with regards to what they can offer a candidate career-wise. The role would be suitable for a an experienced administrator, studies are not necessarily vital for this role, experience is more important. If you are returning to work or seeking a form of part-time work this will be suitable as well. The firm is growing following numerous recommendations and referrals so the there is a plenty of scope for the role and what arrangement can be made. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £30k - £35k basic salary (pro-rata for part-time) depending on your experience levels. They would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you can WFH 2 days per week once you are established in the business.

If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch. For more details please contact Peter Fozard at Financial Divisions.
