Hours: Full-time 4 days on site
Salary/Benefits: £250-275 a day

Role details
Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. The role is a 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent position following the commencement of the contract. Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant
* The financial accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate monthly financial reports for senior management and developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions
* A key part of the role will include analysis of financial data in addition to providing insights to improve profitability
* The financial accountant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements and collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes
* The successful candidate will also be required to provide support during annual audits

What the successful candidate will bring
* Qualified accountant - ACA or ACCA
* Good understanding of Corporation Tax, Statutory Accounting & VAT
* Proven experience in accounting or related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
* Working knowledge and understanding of SAP is desirable
