Finance Transformation Programme Manager - Oracle - Inside IR35

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to work for a large organisation in Edinburgh. You will be tasked with the implementation of a large Oracle project on an iniatl 7 month contract.

Essential Criteria

  • You will have operated at senior levels and have extensive experience of preparing and delivering Cloud based ERP transformation along with Finance Function process, customer, service management and business improvement strategies.
  • Strong experience of project planning and of driving delivery from initiation to execution to transition, especially around integration, data and business change
  • Hands on experience of planning complex implementations and taking ownership for their delivery in line with Programme Milestones
  • Have strong experience in Finance Function process management skills
  • Previous experience operating in a large fragmented business managing complex implementation processes with several stakeholders
  • You will have ideally worked in and been involved in managing Cloud based ERP transformation change with a hybrid Functional / Technical background with a strong understanding of how ERP can be deployed to improve finance function performance across Record to Report, Purchase to Pay and Transaction Processing Operations
  • Experience in the management of stakeholders
