Morgan McKinley London are delighted to be supporting a supportive, growing business to recruit a Finance Transactional Manager. This role will require you to be in the office 2-3 times a week.

The Role:

-Must have experience implementing a software module or system - train the finance staff - train all users of the system ie non-finance staff.

-Must have clear longevity across previous roles

-Must have experience in managing a small team including having regular 121s, setting objectives and annual appraisals.

-Must have experience working on different accounting packages

-Must have experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

-Prefer a candidate with professional qualification like AAT or studying for CIMA or ACCA.

-A hands on supervision/managerial approach

What's in it for you?

-£42,000 to £50,500

-27 days holidays plus 6 closure days at Xmas and Easter

-Study package will be offered for someone who wants to progress professional qualification.

-Hybrid working - 2 or 3 days in the office.
