TalentEdge are exclusively partnering with a rapidly scaling Ecommerce business who are currently in the process of implementing Dynamics 365 and are seeking an Interim Transformation Manager to lead the project. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the current finance processes, define requirements, and drive the successful deployment and integration of the new system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance transformation projects, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance within the organisation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assess current finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to enable end-users to effectively utilise the new system and processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification with significant years PQE
- Extensive experience in finance transformation projects, with a focus on system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Previous experience working in the Ecom, Consumer or Retail space is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
