Finance Systems Analyst - Near Watford, Hertfordshire

JSS are delighted to be partnering a successful business based near Watford on the recruitment of an excellent new Finance Systems Analyst position. This role will will lead on the planning, project management, implementation and testing of a new finance system, the development of financial reporting and the training of the finance team. The role will liaise with the Group Financial Controller, Finance Team and Head of IT and will coordinate with all stakeholders at each stage of the project.

The Role:

This new Finance Systems Analyst position will play a key role in planning, project managing, testing and delivering a new finance system for a successful business based near Watford. This requires knowledge of finance and accounting; double entry, balance sheet. We are looking for a part qualified and qualified by experience accountant who good systems experience.

-Managing the delivery of the new finance systems

-Supporting Group Finance, Head of IT and external consultants to ensure successful implementation.

-Becoming the projects dedicated 'champion’ and 'coordinator’.

-Organising key meetings and managing project requirements throughout the business.

-Implementing training schedules and conducting 'training' sessions.

-Responsibility for system testing and change management.

-Developing training and process documentation.

-Producing data analytics for the management team for all divisions

-Provision of ad-hoc financial analysis

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a finance and accounting background the following experience and skillset:

-Experience in accounting - double entry, balance sheet, AP & AR

-Experience of finance system implementations

-Project management, testing, data migration

On Offer:

A salary of circa £45,000-£55,000, 10% bonus and benefits.
