Job Title: Finance Reporting Analyst (Management Accounting Focus)

Salary: Up to £46,000 + Study Support

Location: Bedfordshire

Position Overview:
A leading manufacturing company based in Bedfordshire is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst to join the motivated team.

Responsibilities:

• Will have worked in a fast paced position previously with 100+ product lines.
• Will have a strong Management Accounting focus.
• Will be well versed in Profit and Loss Analysis.
• Must be able to reconcile balance sheets on a monthly basis.
• VAT experience a bonus but not essential.
• Develop financial models and identify trends.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CIMA or ACCA Part Qualified.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
