Job title: Finance Project Manager (Supply Chain Transformation Programme)

Location: Windsor/Hybrid

Duration: 12 months initially

The role:

You will be managing the Supply Chain Transformation programme as a Finance Project Manager.

The role will also be key to ensure a synchronisation with the other transformational projects currently running in the services and solutions space including the design and implementation of core platforms through which the Services and Solutions business delivers its products and services.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, update and engage the wider finance team with their areas of expertise bringing in the multiple subject matter experts across finance as the needs dictate, be they AP, Finance systems, Legal entity structure, Stock accounting.

This project is also an opportunity to build supply chain processes that are better and more agile than the current capabilities, and therefore the role would challenge the business not to accept the bare minimum or keep the status quo but push to build in improved MI, controls, and functionality into the future solution.

Requirements:

  • Have an appreciation and wider understanding of fundamental finance processes and controls (both FC and data required for financial planning and the wider partnering/insight remit).
  • Ideally have an appreciation/experience of supply chain.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with different teams across the business.
  • Project Management experience with the ability to lead on projects and take responsibility.
