Are you an Outsourcing Manager seeking a new opportunity at a progressive boutique firm

Our client a friendly, entrepreneurial 2 Partner Firm based a short walk from Liverpool Street station are seeking an Finance Outsourcing Manager to join their growing team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a client portfolio of tech scale-ups, ecommerce and hospitality clients
  • Will be experienced preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts
  • Experience of managing staff, reviewing and assigning work, and assisting with training and development
  • Carry out performance reviews bi-yearly
  • Onboard new clients making a great first impression

The successful candidate will

  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have over 3 years' post-qualified experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
  • Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
  • Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
