Finance Operations Manager

To support this London market insurers growth, a new senior role has been created within their group finance function to be a key person in the development of their finance operations function. They are looking for a highly motivated and skills Finance Operations Manager to be responsible for:

• Oversight and management of a key finance teams including credit control, banking, accounts payable and expense management
• Development of operational efficiencies across processes, systems, procedures and controls
• Lead, mentor and develop the team across the functions
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the business
• A variety of finance transformation and streamlining projects

This wide ranging role would suit individuals with a strong background in leadership and development of teams. As a qualified accountant you would have likely gained this experience within the insurance market. You will be a confident leader with strong and engaging communication style able to mentor teams while developing and delivering new processes and improvements.
