Position: Finance Officer / Accounts Assistant

Location: Evesham

Salary: Up to £36,000 p/a FTE

Expected hours: 30 - 33.5 per week.

Our client, based in Evesham, is seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous Finance Officer to oversee our day-to-day financial operations with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and document all financial transactions using the
• Streamlining office procedures for paperless workflows
• Compile quarterly VAT returns and various financial reports for meetings.
• Ensure prompt payment of invoices, manage petty cash, and reconcile bank transactions
• Maintain accurate records of grants, accounts, and handle payroll and pension matters
• Attend meetings, events, and address inquiries as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and adept at bank reconciliation
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
