We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an established business services company, based near Southampton. You will benefit from private medical cover, an enhanced pension and generous annual leave, as well as a supportive and collaborative working environment and a stunning office location.

You will be involved in the everyday finance of the business but also have an impact on the commercial and strategic elements. This role provides a chance to interact with a variety of stakeholders and offers a clear progression path if desired.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Production of quarterly management accounts
  • Attending trustee meetings relating to ongoing projects and management accounts
  • Preparation of year end documents
  • Monthly and fortnightly payroll
  • Producing budget and cashflow forecasts
  • Monitoring and analysing project budgets
  • Liaising with external tax accountants


What you will need:
  • To be a qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA – with relevant post-qualified experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Manager / Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Financial Accountant
  • A background in small, owner-managed companies and/or charity would be beneficial
  • Motivation and confidence to thrive in the role
