Finance Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing, PE backed Financial Services business based in Worcestershire, seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Finance Manager, based in Worcestershire, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing insight into the P&L
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, with supporting variance analysis and commentary for recent acquisitions
• Thorough balance sheet reconciliations
• Line management responsibility of one direct report
• Post acquisition due diligence
• Reporting the financial performance post-acquisition, addressing any accounting or reporting issues
• Collaborating with other Accountants within the larger group to ensure consistency with reporting and processes
• Overseeing the integration of subsidiary accountants into the Group function
• Supporting the integration of financial systems
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and explain financial data

The successful Finance Manager will have the following experience/skills:

• Fully Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience of small business accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Analytical
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong IT skills

As Finance Manager, you will be entitled to the following:

• Permanent Contract
• Hybrid working (3 days on site)
• Full time hours Monday to Friday (8:00am - 16:00pm/9:00am - 17:00pm)
