Finance Manager
Expanding Retail Organisation seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the business on a temporary assignment. The Finance Manager would have worked within retail, ideally for an SME or high growth business and used Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Duties of the Finance Manager include:
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure cashflow is managed efficiently.
- To build comprehensive P&L and cash flow modelling.
- Drive cost efficiencies across the business.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Ensure efficient stock management from a financial and operations perspective.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to help develop targets around turnover, margins, and profitability.
- Manage the company's KPI's.
- 3 direct reports
- Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks as necessary to ensure deadlines.
Requirements for the Finance Manager include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Retail sector experience
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience
- Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
