Overview

In the industrial heart of the Black Country, we are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to propel our SME construction client in a new period of growth. The successful individual will join a small outfit in an organisation focussed on providing high quality work for their customers throughout the country.

The successful candidate will be working across both ledgers, reconciling to ensure integrity. You will be preparing a detailed pack of monthly management accounts for senior management and directors alike. Your commentary and support whilst being hands on will be the crucial bridge between accounts and the other departments.

Skills needed

  • Have studied or be Qualified by Experience
  • Preferably, have experience in a construction setting - for the understanding of WIP or CIS accounting.
  • Have experience managing or supervising a small team in a prior role.
  • Enjoy being in an impactful management position supporting your team from site.
