Are you a strong team manager with proven experience of leading a team through growth, exciting change and process change?


A well-established, multi-national business based in Essex are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to help supervise a team across the UK and overseas. Whilt navigating the team through process changes and exciting change management projects, along with providing a strategic overview across management and financial accounting.


As a Finance Manager -

  • Lead the finance strategy for the team, whilst working closely with the Project Accountant to provide reporting and analysis on day-to-day operations
  • Drive the streamlining of processes and improvement across the finance team
  • Reconciliation in accordance with GAAP, statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Management of a team of 7. 70% management and 30% day to day tasks
  • Support with day to day finances across multiple teams including statutory and management accounts including management of ledgers
  • Ensuring all queries are resolved, engaging with the wider business and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all month-end and quarter-end deliverables are met

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience as supervisor
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with both clients and colleagues in a fast moving environment
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
