Our client, a manufacturing business based in Redditch is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person who wants to develop their skills and career. You will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for all UK registered companies
• Drive the improvement of monthly financial reporting quality and efficiency
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards for the production of year-end financial statements
• Oversee the production of year-end audit and liaise with external auditors

Key essentials of the Finance Manager

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
