Instead, it's a genuine hands on Finance Manager role with clear progression to Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delving into the intricacies of management and financial accounts, while also having the experience and capability to lead a team effectively.

The Role…
- Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare monthly reports and analyse any variances.
- Quarterly VAT Returns: Submit VAT returns every quarter.
- Forecasting and Budgeting Support: Assist Finance Director in forecasting and budgeting.
- IFRS Reporting (IFRS 16 Analysis): Aid in IFRS reporting, focusing on IFRS 16 analysis.
- Financial Processes and Controls: Develop and maintain financial processes.
- Reporting to Management and Stakeholders: Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations, including prepaid expenses.
- Team Management: Manage a small finance team, providing coaching and guidance

Your Experience...
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience
- Experience working in an SME and or group environment
