Group Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Group Manager to oversee our financial operations. The role encompasses a broad range of financial responsibilities, including management reporting, cash flow management, and handling intercompany recharges. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact during audits and will manage both debtor and creditor accounts, among other duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and present accurate management reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability within the company.
  • Handle intercompany recharges and management efficiently.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct all bank reconciliations meticulously.
  • Serve as the main contact during both internal and external audits.
  • Oversee the management of debtor and creditor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Process subcontractor payments accurately and on time.
  • Provide assistance with HR-related financial tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of management reporting and cash flow analysis.
  • Experience with VAT return preparation and filing.
  • Flexible individual
