£60,000 - £65,000 + Guaranteed £10k bonus

We are looking for a hands-on Qualified Management Accountant that has managerial experience to join a unique PE backed group in Slough.

The scope and potential of this role is very exciting. Your career can simply grow and evolve with the company as it scales. There is a promotion on offer for the incumbent within 6 - 12 months to Head of Finance with a pay rise.

Genuinely a fast-track position, this opportunity is for aspiring Finance Director’s/CFO’s.

Role:

• Management Accounts preparation with associated analysis
• Provide insightful narrative with the monthly management accounts
• Manage accounts team of 3 (AP administrator, AR administrator and Accounts Assistant)
• Prepare Board Meeting Packs
• Payment authorisation
• Collate and account for the 3rd party costs for jobs
• Prepare periodic cashflows
• Prepare budget, forecasts and reforecasts

Profile:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous Management accounts experience (ideally within a SME environment)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• An affinity with numbers
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately dependent on the audience
