One of our clients who are based in Harrogate are looking for an experienced Management Accountant, who has proven management and supervisory experience, to join them due to continued success and growth.

As a Senior within the business, this position involves supporting a small team of people who have a focus to carry out month end in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that any issues or queries are dealt with efficiently.

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive, exciting business who are recognised within their field and are known for offering a friendly and positive working environment.
It's also the perfect role for a driven and passionate manager to showcase their management skills in developing an eager and hardworking team.

A brief overview of the role:-

  • Ensuring that the balance sheet lead schedules and the monthly management accounts are submitted to deadlines.
  • Partner with the sales and operation teams to produce accurate reports.
  • Carry out regular 1-2-1's with the team, offering guidance and support to maximise individual and team potential.
  • Set team objectives in line with company deadlines.
  • Asses processes and implementing improved processes when necessary.
