Finance Manager

Position Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Analyse financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Cima or ACCA certification advantageous.

- Candidates qualified by experience will also be considered

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present financial information to stakeholders.
