This Construction Firm based in central London is looking to hire a Finance Manager due to the growth plans. They are well-established in the industry and have presence in various countries. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business.

Role

The Finance Manager has overall responsibility for day-to-day finance operations and management report preparation, cash flow management, budgets and forecasting, annual audit as well as CIS returns. You will work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and get involved in driving improvement of overall reporting processes. You will be reporting to the CFO and work with a small team.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a few years of work experience in industry.

A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within an international business. Sound knowledge of accounting standards i.e., IFRS, UKGAAP. Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired. This role will be mainly offering a hybrid working structure and the offices are based in central London.
