Finance Manager

A global Creative Agency in central London is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team. You will be working closely with the CFO and managing 1 junior. This will suit someone who is a strong technical accountant, who can work closely with the US office and the FP&A Team to find ways to add value.

The Role

• Perform and oversee the accounting function of the region and manage the monthly and year end close processes
• Working alongside our global team in New York and Regional Finance Director, establish internal control systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop operational, data documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• Ensure all journal entries posted within the general ledger are reviewed
• Manage and mentor the Accountant as well as provide general support on technical accounting areas to the wider team.

The Person

• You are organised with a strong attention to detail and enjoy collaboration.
• Experience in managing regional financial accounts.
• You have a strong knowledge of financial statements.
• You enjoy working with systems and can help develop and improve systems over time.
