Excellent Finance Manager needed to oversee Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger in a busy manufacturing company. You will manage a small team and ensure day-to-day activities are completed accurately and timely to ensure the smooth running of the finance function of the business.

Description

The Role:

  • Oversee the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger teams.
  • Make sure invoices are raised promptly and monies collected.
  • Investigate any invoicing or payment queries.
  • Credit control and aged debt management.
  • Liaising with internal departments and customers.
  • Support with reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • People management.
  • Day-to-day updating of ledgers, reports, and trackers.
  • Ad-hoc administration support, as needed.

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong finance background
  • People management experience.
  • Finance and Accounting qualification or working towards, preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
