Finance Manager: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire: £55,000pa to £65,000pa (dependent on experience level) plus excellent benefits.

Role

Working in partnership with the CFO and senior leadership team in a commercially focused role, you will be responsible for providing analysis, budgeting and forecasting to drive strategic and operational performance across the business, whilst overseeing the commercial team.

Responsibilities for the Finance Manager will include:

• Completing weekly and periodic management reports including detailed budget to actual variance analysis, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
• Working with internal stakeholders including board members to advise them on budget setting and monitoring, delivering an excellent business partnering service
• Produce high quality information, data and KPIs, ensuring that information and data produced by the finance teams is transparent, accurate and appropriate for corporate reporting
• Overseeing the commercial team and function to drive accurate commercial data reporting

Profile

• It is essential the Finance Manager is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Commercial finance acumen with multi-site experience being a strong advantage
• Able to support stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Results orientated, with a desire to succeed.

Salary & Benefits

The role of Finance Manager has a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000, plus bonuses and excellent benefits.
