One of my clients, who are a rapidly growing manufacturing provider with an annual turnover of £50 million, have introduced a new position for an experienced and determined Finance Manager who wants to develop their skills and career with a rapidly growing company, who have ambitious plans to expand their business in the next few years, and are searching for a Finance Manager to assist with forecasting, budgeting and cashflows.

This exciting vacancy is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a continuously growing provider who have the intentions to double their turnover in the next year!

The chosen Finance Manager candidate will manage a team of a Management Accountant as well as 3 Transactional staff, and must have the ambition of becoming Financial Controller, with internal promotion at the forefront of my clients values.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA (essential)
• newly qualified or up to 3 years Post Qualification Experience
• Preferably has a background in manufacturing, distribution or logistics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written including attention to detail.
• Strong financial and technical understanding
• Excellent time management skills
• Day to day experience of using sage software and excel spreadsheets
