Job Title: Finance Manager (SME)

Location: Coventry

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

I am currently partnered with a specialist & revolutionary construction company, who are dealing with a turnover of £2 million, to appoint a Finance Manager. This role will be very intriguing for anyone who is skilled in recruiting & upskilling finance teams, and is proficient in creating processes and procedures, as NO.1 in Finance. This business is looking to bring their finance function in-house. They are currently dealing with an enormous local authority housing contract, due to the housing crisis, and are projecting huge financial growth. This role reports directly into the Managing Director of the business.

What they are looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (fully or Part qualified - QBE's considered)
• Experience dealing with Board Level members / Directors, to deliver financial planning & analysis for the future of the business, and provide a strategic plan to see them into the growth they are aiming to achieve
• Construction background (minimum 3 years / ideally 5+)
• Proficiency in managing financial teams, decision making & guidance with financial system implementation
• Someone looking to growth within a business, that is having a positive impact on the local community & economy.

This company specialises in modular homes, fully furnished, that can be dropped into place and have people move in the very same day. Due to the speed the houses become habitable and having an independent & active global asset manager backing them, they are looking for someone who is aspiring to level up within their career.
