Salary: £80,000 - £84,000 per annum + up to 20% Bonus

About the CompanyIN2 Consult are working with a rapidly growing Fintech business who are looking for a Finance Manager to focus on all reconciliations and to ensure internal controls are highly efficient. Job Duties:- Complete responsibility of balance sheet reconciliation
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- ACA qualification is an absolute must
- Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliation
- Proven experience in audit
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practises
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be ACA qualified from a top 10 practice
- Experience in the fintech industry would be ideal
