Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
