Position Overview: We arelooking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations within our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the efficient and effective management of resources to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance and trends.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
