Finance Manager - Part Time (4 days/week) - Exciting DataTech Co. - Nr Windsor / Hybrid - up to £65k pro rata

We have an incredible opportunity for a highly experienced, fully qualified Finance Manager to join an exciting DataTech firm based in stunning offices near Windsor.

Joining the senior team managing a group of tech companies, the Finance Manager will oversee all areas of finance and accounts; therefore we’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience managing inter-company accounts and hands-on exposure to all areas of finance management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic, well-established and successful organisation in a senior role. This is a part time role (4 days/week) and our client will be open to considering flexibility over working hours for the right person.

A competitive salary of up to £65k (pro rata) is on offer and, although it is an office based role, working from home 1 day per week is available.

Key responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:

  • Managing the accounts of 4 different companies
  • Managing intracompany transfers (including US company)
  • Managing all account reconciliations
  • Producing internal management accounts
  • Month and Year End accounting
  • Preparing cashflow forecasts
  • Reviewing and recording expenses
  • Managing monthly payroll journals
  • Dealing with client onboarding
  • Liaising with accountants, insurance companies and pension providers etc

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in similar Finance Manager roles
  • Relevant financial qualifications
  • Experience managing the accounts of several companies simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and Sage Payroll
  • Experience in managing inter-company transfers
  • Experience in producing management accounts and Month and Year End
  • Experience in cashflow preparation
  • IT literate and able to learn new systems easily and efficiently
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Proactive and dynamic nature
  • Ability to work in office up to 3 days/week
