Finance Manager/Financial Controller

Salary:  Circa £50K this is negotiable depending on experience

Location:  Bristol based - Hybrid working

Not for profit organisation who are a multi award winning charity based in Bristol are looking for an experienced Finance Manager.  This role will oversee the organisations financial operations and will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance activities.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting – prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets and long term financial forcasting
• Financial Analysis and performance evaluations
• Cash Flow Management – manage cash flow projections, liquidity and working capital
• Audit preparation
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning

Key Skills & Experience:

• Accounting qualification preferred, ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be beneficial
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Excellent Communication skills
