Paying £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits

Based in Central London (Hybrid Working Model)

Talentedge are currently working with high growth SME Creative Agency who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team during this truly exciting period of growth.

This role is the perfect opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to take on a truly hands on role and develop both their technical and commercial finance skillset working closely with senior business stakeholders in helping to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day running of the finance function
• Preparation of the monthly management account, providing detailed analysis to senior business stakeholders
• Providing job profitability reports and staff utilisation reports with commentary where applicable
• Owning the forecasting and budgeting process, providing monthly rolling forecasts to the board, highlighting key variances and commentary where relevant
• Business partnering with the client teams to produce commercial analysis and understand revenue recognition
• Business partnering with key project managers ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Running the AP and AR function and credit control whilst the business is scaling

The Ideal Person:

• Newly Qualified  ACCA / CIMA Accountant hungry to develop and learn
• Relevant industry experience within marketing or an agency is desirable
• Strong systems skills including use of Excel and ideally use of Xero
• A detail orientated individual
• Excellent communications skills, liaising with both junior and senior members of the business
• Ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ambitious and happy to take on ownership and responsibility when needed
