We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance leader for our exciting private equity backed multi-site leisure client. This role presents a unique opportunity for someone who is ready to take their first step toward becoming a Finance Director (FD). Our client is seeking hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for driving financial excellence.

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, collaborating with external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance across various functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management
  • Detail-Oriented Approach Analytical Expertise
  • Pricing and Commercial Decision Making
  • Cross-Departmental Engagement
  • Business Analytics

Your background:

  • Proven working experience as a Group Financial Controller, or a Finance Director
  • Qualified accountant either ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Proficient in financial modelling Experience within a fast paced environment
  • Humble, strong communicator & leadership
  • Multi-Site experience

Location:

  • The role is based in London, and the successful candidate will be expected to work in the office 3-4 days per week.
  • Team Building: You will be responsible for building and leading a team, including accounting professionals.
