Finance Director - Social Care Experience essential
£80,000 - £90,000

Overview
Compass Corporate Services are proud to partner with an ambitious social care provider who are eager to bulster their finance team with this critical appointment. As Finance Director you will oversee the running of the finance function including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable. The direction of travel for the provider is particularly exciting with further growth on their agenda aswell as potential further investment.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will offer a proven record of running teams and will understand the nuances and challenges that are associated the social care sector.

Location
The role is hybrid, a combination between home working and an office presence. This role will suit prospective candidates based in the midlands.

Criteria
- Fully qualified (desirable)
- Extensive management experience
- Treasury experience
- Employment history within the social care sector.
- Comfortable with forecasting, board presenting.

Interview Process
This will be a two stage process via teams consisting of an initial teams meeting followed by a face to face meeting with the Group CEO. .

Salary and Benefits
£80-90k per annum (depending on experience)
