The Company:

Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting on an exclusive basis for a well-established independent Media Agency based in Birmingham. The working environment is collaborative and full of dynamic, ambitious people. The business has been going for over 15 years and have an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, a series of well renowned clients and fantastic growth forecasts.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in professional services and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. The company has a headcount of around 50 people and are currently circa £8mill revenue.

The Role:

• Manage the team of three, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
• Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
• Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
• Managing the P&L and balance sheet with the Managing Directors
• Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation
• Implementing a robust financial infrastructure
• Leading the growth strategy from a finance perspective and advising around future M&A

What we need to see (essential):

· ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

· Experience in professional services sectors

· Proactive and good communication skills

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + bonus
