Our client, a leading Hampshire & Surrey-based financial planning company, is seeking a Finance & Data Management Administrator to join their team in Stockbridge. As the Finance & Data Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the company's finance team. This position would suit someone who is Studying or AAT qualified looking for full time hours or a returner to work, as the hours can be tailored to suit your needs. You will have the opportunity to utilise your analytical skills to examine trends and data, providing valuable statistics and updates on trend analysis to support the wider business. Additionally, you will spend approximately 20% of your time focusing on accounting tasks, with some administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse trends and data to deliver insightful reports and updates on trend analysis
  • Provide accounting support, including tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytically and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
