We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Data Analyst to join a fast paced and growing global company based in West London. Your role will primarily be responsible for data analysis and regular detailed commercial reporting, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision making and ultimately drive sales & business performance. A hybrid working pattern is available along with a competitive day rate for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Production planner
  • Maintain a key business excel model, help with transition to a new system. Ad-hoc debugging, addition of new products, recipe changes, and review with the sales team
  • Commercial reporting
  • Production of regular reports for
    • weekly internal & external sales reporting
    • direct labour
    • production efficiency
    • Sales Invoicing
    • Ad hoc support of the sales team to cover ensure completeness of invoicing during holidays

Requirements:

  • Driven and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
  • Advance IT literacy with experience of MS Office
  • Advanced Excel user with the ability to debug excel models
  • Experience in working with Navision and other EDI systems (desirable)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to solve complex issues
