• Navigate the thrilling world of transactional accounting and financial reporting for the Real Estate portfolio.
• Prepare, record, analyse, and maintain lease accounting transactions, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct account reconciliations and adjustments as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate efficient query resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quarterly timetables for client portfolios and regular charges.
• Perform general accounting activities, including ledger accounts and financial statements preparation and reconciliation.

• Be a financial expert for balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings.
• Excel proficient, whose pivot tables and VLOOKUPs dazzle and amaze.
• A communication charmer who can turn complex financial lingo into enchanting tales.
• A customer service champion with a heart of gold and a commitment to excellence.
