Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Finance Coordinator to join a growing Accounts team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various aspects of the Finance function, collaborating closely with other Finance Coordinators to support the Group Finance Director & Commercial Manager.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Managing prepayments/accruals
• Handling fixed assets and hire purchases
• Preparation of management accounts
• Daily cash flow preparation and management
• Filing VAT returns
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Finance team as required

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a Finance Operations role, with a demonstrated track record in high-volume processing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Effective organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A team player willing to adapt and take on new challenges
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Upholds high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, negotiable
Location: Middlesbrough Offices
