We're on the lookout for a Finance Coordinator to join a dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis to work in a bustling head office in Middlesbrough.

In this role, you'll be working 20 hours per week, directly reporting to the Director of Resources within a close-knit, yet energetic team.

They are flexible and open to discussing the specific working hours and schedules that suit you best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Showcase your leadership skills by managing, developing, and supporting a small team of two staff members

  • Credit Control Expertise: Your previous experience in a Credit Control environment is vital to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Cashflow Forecasting: Take charge of maintaining and interpreting Cashflow forecasts to support strategic financial decision-making.

  • Management Accounts: Demonstrate your proficiency in preparing Management Accounts up to Trial Balance, with a keen understanding of accruals and prepayments.

  • Multi-Company Environment: Leverage your experience in a Multi-Company setup to contribute to a diverse organisational structure.

  • HR Support: Apply your knowledge and experience in HR to contribute to the broader aspects of the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 AAT qualification to ensure a solid foundation in accounting practices.

  • SAGE Proficiency: Previous hands-on experience with SAGE 50 and SAGE Payroll is essential for seamless integration into our systems.
