Greenwell Gleeson have been retained to recruit a Finance Controller for an fast growing, international distribution business. Reporting directly to the CFO you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reporting, as well as supporting local senior management with the provision of MI. You will also be heavily involved in driving process improvements, improving financial controls and also supporting the budgeting and business planning process . To be successful in the role you will need to have held a similarly senior role in a SME business, have experience of partnering senior management and be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
