We're on the lookout for a Finance Clerk to join our client based in Loughborough.

The company is well established, and they are looking for a new key member of staff to join the team as a Finance Clerk.

Pay for a Finance Clerk Co-Ordinator:

£10,800 pro rota based on a 6-month contract.

About the Finance Clerk:

As a Finance Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing large quantities of supplier invoices.
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs.
  • Ownership of several supplier accounts.
  • Preparing supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Completing bank statement reconciliations.
  • Investigating queries on supplier accounts.
  • Filing of supplier invoices.
  • Identifying and posting prepayments and accruals.
  • Checking expenses and credit cards in line with group policy.

Hours:

16 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days including Mondays.

About You/Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level minimum, with a least 6 grade C passes including Maths and English.
  • AAT qualified is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous Purchase Leger experience is essential.
  • A confident multi-tasker, able to thrive in a busy environment and be able to prioritise workloads.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Motivation to ensure excellent quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
