Finance Business Partner

A leading Bournemouth based business is currently looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a large finance team and be a crucial part of financial planning and analysis decision making and forward-thinking communications within the business.

What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Providing detailed analysis and proposed business solutions that open up conversations around driving efficiency;
• Meaningful insight and recommendations based on analysis of key financial information to support business decision making;
• Interpreting financial data in order to provide a clear narrative to non-finance colleagues;
• Stakeholder management and presenting at senior management meetings;
• Supporting the wider team to deliver business targets and budgets.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is the ideal, although part qualified can also be considered;
• Business partnering experience and confidence communicating at all levels;
• Strong system skills including confidence using Excel including Power Tables;
• A keenness to be part of a large team and work in an ever changing/dynamic environment.
