Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide finance support on key projects, analyse expenditure and key cost drivers, and develop new metrics to analyse sales and profitability. The successful candidate will be based in Solihull with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility and balance.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner

  • Carry out sales & margin analysis, providing detailed insights to measure performance
  • Own periodic reports, such as weekly performance pack and look to improve them further through automation and deeper insights
  • Support senior stakeholders in assessing business and Network performance against budget and targets
  • Support business & budget planning team in preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts including providing insightful commentary to support
  • Implement process and reporting improvements which drive efficiency by moving manual reporting into software-based solutions

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • A self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude
